Concentration Camp Weyer-Dipoldsau

The Weyer-Dipoldsau concentration camp a sub-camp of KZ Mauthausen was located here. Between 1 July 1943 and 29 August 1944, about 130 people were imprisoned here by the Nazis. They performed forced labour during the construction of power plant Grossraming. Several prisoners died during their imprisonment. Today, the site is set up as a memorial with a monument and information panels.
