War Memorial Nöthen

On a flat wall of stone from the quarry at the parish church in Nöthen is a memorial to the fallen of both world wars. On the stone wall is a band of three narrow basalt lava slabs bearing the names of those who died in the First World War. In the corner of the wall is a cross, also made of quarry stone, and to the right and left of it two basalt lava stones with the names of the fallen in the Second World War. On the memorial also the fallen from Gilsdorf.
