Monument Border defense Czech Republic

In 1934-1935 the German army started to build a defense line on the Bavarian-Czech border. At first they were field fortifications and from the second half in 1935 concrete defenses were started. The total length was about 140 km.

This bunker is part of the line at Barnau and in 1937 blockhouses were also built here. The bunker is a MG Schartenstand with 2 embrasures.
