the gentlemen Hector Debauche from Esneux, inspector of taxes
and Théodore Siméon
innocent victims of German barbarism


DEBAUCHE Hector, 41 years old.
THEODORE Siméon, 40 years old.

Both were executed on this location, not far from their were they lived.
