German War Cemetery Bergen-Solheim

At the Bergen-Solheim cemetery in Bergen can be found a German War Cemetery with 1.085 German war victims form the Second World War. The German part was started by the Wehrmacht in 1940 and between 1954 and 1955 the Norwegian authorities transferred many warvicitms there from elsewhere near and in Bergen. As from August 28th, 1960 it becam a formal German War Cemetery.
