This monument at Erfurt's main cemetery was erected in the GDR era and commemorates the antifascist resistance fighters and victims of National Socialism. The inverted red triangle represents the political prisoners in the National Socialist concentration camps. After the end of the GDR, the monument was modified. Since then, plaques on a wall list the names of Erfurt Jews who were murdered by the National Socialists.
