Monument to Milica Rakić
This memorial is for Milica Rakić, a 3-year-old girl, who was tragically killed by shrapnel during the NATO bombings in 1999. Milica Rakić is one of the 81 children killed by NATO bombings in Serbia. A total of 81 flowers have been planted next to the monument, 1 for each child who has died.
