War Memorial Housse

Monument to commemorate the soldiers from the village of Housse.

Memorial in memory of the civilians and soldiers from the village of Housse who died during the 1st World War. The memorial is located at the facade of the former town hall of Housse.

THONON Sébastien Guillaume, age 20, shot by the Germans during the atrocities of the beginning of the war in August 1914.

ALBERT Léonard Joseph, age 21, soldier in the 14th Line Regiment, died as a result of wounds received at the fort of Barchon. Died October 20, 1914 at the Liège hospital. He is buried in the Robermont military cemetery in Liège

FLAMAND Jean Nicolas, age 24, soldier in the 6th artillery regiment, killed on November 28, 1917 at Merkem (West Flanders), buried in the Westvleteren military cemetery.
