This is a so called postes-permanents. The bunker is part of the 3rd line of defence for the city of Liège, la Position Fortifiée de Liège, PFL 3.
These kind of bunkers were intended to slow down advancing troops. These bunkers were constant manned unlike bunkers in the defensie lines. The bunker would defend the south-east side of the city of Liège.
On the right side the bunker would hold the the 47 mm anti-tank cannon and a searchlight. On the left a garage with ramp, for military vehicels. The mainroom was the main room for the guard.
On the backside there were two small rooms, a storage and a toilet.
After the war the steel doors and shutters were sold as scrap.
The bunkers seems to be in use as house.
