Residential Area Thomas-Müntzer-Platz

This residential area was built in the period 1934 - 1937 to provide accommodation for the employees of the arms factories in Rostock. 100 meters from here, the remains of a monumental three-storey bunker still stand near the train track. This bunker was designed and built to provide protection for approximately 600 people.
