Memorial 509e & 520e RCC Maubeuge

This memorial commemorates the fallen soldiers of the 509e and 520e Régiment de Chars de Combat (RCC). A Renault FT 17 tank is standing in front of the memorial.

This FT-17 probably consists of a replica hull with an original turret. An information sign contains the following text:

En souvenir des 520e et 509e Régiments de Chars de Combat
avant tenu Garnison a Maubeuge
de 1923 à 1939.
