Crash Site Boeing B-17G 42-102565 "The Ugly Duckling"
Boeing B-17G 42-102565 was shot down by German anti-aircraft fire on November 26, 1944. The entire crew died. The wreck was salvaged by the Dutch Navy in 1947. A marking pole has been placed here.
