Belgian War Graves Marcinelle

At the front of the old part is the Belgian Era for the 1st World War and a little further on the site for the 2nd World War.

Between the two we find the mausoleum for Major Alfred Servais, he was a veteran from 14-18 and from 1940.
Later the 1st Commander of the Secret Army. Executed on June 2, 1943 by the German occupation forces.
