Memorial Ochamps Cemetery

The Ochamps cemetery contains a large cross on a pedestal, mainly intended for the military victims of the First World War.
In addition, there are 2 wrought iron low crosses with a French flag and the number 25 (right) and a German flag with the number 15 (left). The figure indicates how many victims are of that nationality
are buried there.

The text on the front of the pedestal reads:
The bodies of the gentlemen rest here
Ali DAUBY, died for Belgium in Budingen on August 18, 1914
Alfred FRANCOIS, died for Belgium in Oud-Huyvekenskerke on June 21, 1915
Constant MARSON, died for Belgium in Rumbeke on October 14, 1918
Joseph FOUCHER (died for Belgium in Wulpen on June 8, 1918)

On the left is the text:
"Christian mothers be proud of your sons.
Of all our sorrows, yours is most worthy of our respect.
I see you in mourning next to Our Lady of Sorrows at the foot of the cross."

Right on the pedestal:
"Those who died piously for their country
have the right that the crowds come and pray at their graves"

"To our heroes of 1940
TERROR Evence
HARDY Theophile
LEJEUNE Maurice
TALLIER Henri "
