War Memorial Opherten

On the corner of Ulmenweg and Oststraße stands this memorial in which the community commemorates their victims who perished during both World Wars. The names are written on the plaques on the memorial. One of the victims named Mathias Lingens can be found among the German War Graves Mündt.
