Just outside the village, the war memorial is located on a fenced lawn with a wrought iron fence in which the numbers 1914-1918 and 1940-1945 are incorporated.
In the front "Died for the Fatherland" with the 3 fallen below:
BESSELING Joseph, DAVID Louis and LAFORGE Emilien
"Thankful to the municipality of Hompré"
At the bottom of the pedestal is the following text:
"Grateful to our dead
Prisoners of war
Political prisoners
Other patriotic organizations
And fighters 1940-1945"
The sides bear the names of the civilian victims of the Ardennes offensive and the deportees.
