Monument erected in 1994 for the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Cambes-en-Plaine. The village was liberated by the 39th Staffordshire Division, the 3rd British Infantry Division and the Royal Ulster Rifles.
On the plate in the middle;

With a memorial plaque on the left for the 39th Staffordshire Division, on the right for the 3rd British Infantry Division and at the bottom in the middle a white emblem of the Royal Ulster Rifles.
