German Bunker Dasburg
This bunker was built before 1940 as part of the Westwall or Siegrfiedlinie. This defence line was abandoned after the conquest of France in 1940, but was brought back into use when war opportunities returned. Meanwhile, the line no longer met the changed conditions and was then hastily modernised.
