Memorial Spanish Fallen Yugoslavia Toledo

Near the Alcazar in Toledo hangs a memorial plaque for the Spanish fallen in the war in Yugoslavia.

"Commemorative plaque of the fallen on duty in the former republic of Yugoslavia.
It made part of the memorial monument inaugurated on December 8, 1996 at the "Plaza de Espana" in Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina) by Brigadier General Luis Carvajal Raggio, Chief Commander of the SPABRI II (Spanish Brigade).
This monument was replaced by another one defrayed by Mostar town on April 29, 2012"

A second memorial plaque contains the names of the Spanish victims.
