Ald-1.1 Bunker Aldehuela

In the months leading up to the Battle of Teruel, the Republican army consolidated a fortified line between the town of Aldehuela and the Turia Valley, marked by some stone works secured with cement. Almost all of these works have been destroyed.

The Aldehuela bunker, on the mountain opposite the cemetery, is well preserved. The deed serves as an observatory.
The dome is apparently stepped because the formwork is used to build it. The city of Teruel can be seen from the interior, where residents can stand upright. The bunker is accessible through a tunnel in which the entrance is located on the slope of the mountain.
