Cam-2.2 position Del Costado El Campillo

Through the deep ravine and along the road descending to El Campillo rise the hills of Las Hoyas and El Lado that were initially dominated by the rebels.

The Republicans of the 16th Brigade built a small line of trenches with some fortifications consisting of concrete walls.
On the other hand, the remains of some makeshift shelters in which the personnel rested have been preserved.
Another notable element from that time is the cistern built in the city, which supplied water to the civilian population and the troops stationed in the sector.
