Casemate Peel-Raamstelling S (3a) 423
This casemate was built in the period 1939-1940. A forest path from the Sint Antonis Forestry Farm ends at this point at the canal. The casemate could deliver frontal fire on this path and flanking fire on the forecourt. Behind the casemate, the traces of the trench to the entrance to the casemate are visible. The casemate is in good condition but has damage to the rear due to the impact of a grenade.
