Memorial Blauen Kappe Augsburg

In 1964, the city built a monument in An der Blauen Kappe for the victims of war and the destruction of the Second World War.

The hexagonal memorial has the shape of a bell tower with one bell hanging.
Inside, blocks of bluestone hang in relief in the shape of a cross with the years of the two world wars in the corners.
