Kaiser's Bridge Corfu

This bridge was built on behalf of the German Emperor Wilhelm II, so that he could access his private beach from the Achillion Palace without having to cross the road.

During the German occupation of Corfu in World War II, the German army demolished the bridge so that their vehicles could use this road.
