Memorial Janis Janulis Agios Mattheos

This monument was erected in memory of Janis Janulis. Janis Janulis had donated a piece of land near the village of Melitiei to the Serbian army in 1916 to bury their dead there.

The graves were transferred to the mausoleum on Vido Island in the 1930s. A Serbian monument still stands on this piece of land that Janis Janulis had donated to the Serbs.
