Stumbling Stones Nieuwe Hoogstraat 15

'A HUMAN BEING IS FORGOTTEN ONLY WHEN THE NAME IS FORGOTTEN'
(Talmud)

Here in Amsterdam two Stumbling Stones were laid for:

HARTOG 'HARRY' BLOEMENDAL, murdered on March 31, 1944 in Auschwitz.
BLOEME BLOEMENDAL-VAN BEEM, murdered on October 22, 1943 in Auschwitz.

These Stumbling Stones are here for Jewish war victims deported and murdered in the Second World War.
