Stumbling Stones Reguliersbreestraat 26-34

'A HUMAN BEING IS FORGOTTEN ONLY WHEN THE NAME IS FORGOTTEN'
(Talmud)

Here in Amsterdam three Stumbling Stones were laid for:

ABRAHAM ICEK TUSCHINSKI, murdered on September 17, 1942 in Auschwitz.
HERSCH JOZEF GERSCHTANOWITZ, murdered on October 5, 1942 in Auschwitz.
HERMANN EHRLICH, murdered on March, 13 1943 in Sobibor.

The first line on the Stumbling Stone reads: 'worked here' instead of 'lived here'.

These Stumbling Stones are here for Jewish war victims deported and murdered in the Second World War.
