War Memorial Anould

This red granite memorial commemorates the residents of Anould who died during the Franco-German War, the First and Second World Wars and the Colonial Wars in Indo-China and North Africa.

It consists of an obelisk with the inscription '1914-1918 Aux Enfents d'Alnoud Morts Pour La Patrie' with the names of the victims below and is flanked by two plaques referring to the other wars with the names of the victims below as well.

Near the monument is a statue of a French soldier being kissed by a woman.
