Memorial Fallen Citizens Krinkelt and Rocherath

In the chapel in the cemetery of Krinkelt (Büllingen) are 2 large plaques commemorating the fallen citizens of Krinkelt and Rocherath during the French-German, First, and Second World Wars.

and below it the names of the victims

As these (German-speaking) villages belonged to Prussia until 1919 and were annexed again after the German invasion, when German conscription was also introduced, they died in German military service in all these wars.
