Monument to the Fighters of the Great War

The monument is in memory, not only of all those who died in this war, but in particular of the soldiers of Battalion No. 3 of Infantry Regiment No. 4, who died in the battle in Flanders. The battalion was composed of personnel recruited in the Algarve and trained in Tavira.
