Memorial Wittlich

A figure of Saint Sebastian by Hanns Scherl was attached to the south side of the tower of St. Mark's Church in 1936 as a war memorial. Below it hangs a memorial plaque, dedicated by the Riflemen's Guild of St. Sebastian to the members of the Wittlich parish who died in the First World War.
