War Memorial Freudenberg-am-Main

The Freudenberg war memorial is a tall semi-circular column made of sandstone blocks, with a German cross at the top.
At the bottom of the semicircle of the column is a kneeling soldier with the inscription below:
"The fallen
and missing people
of the municipality of Freudenberg
1870-1871
1914-1918 1939-1945"

On the small surrounding wall hang three memorial plaques with the names of the victims of 1870, the First and Second World Wars. The missing from the Second World War are also listed.
