Fire-watchers
led by
S.O.WILSON
who guarded these
roofs in time of war.
They twice saved
the Cathedral
from fire bombs
1941-1944"

Plaque commemorating the Cathedral fire-watchers and a small display case with remains of incendiary bombs which had been thrown from the roof of the Cathedral by the fire-watchers.
