Memorial Camp Köln-Müngersdorf

On Walter-Binder-Weg in the park is a monument to the Camp Köln-Müngersdorf.
Nothing can be seen of the Camp and Fort anymore. Where the barracks stood there are now allotment houses. There were 36 wooden barracks.
The prisoners were first locked up in the fort in 1941 and these prisoners then built the barracks where several prisoners were locked up.
A stone footpath runs from where the Fort stood to where the barracks stood. Along the way, 3 memorials read what happened there.
Where the steel wall stands, the former Fort stood.
