The "Waltfriefthof Aachen" contains both graves from the First and Second World War.
To give an impression of both fields of honor, a number of special graves have been highlighted.
SCHREIBER Karl, age 19 !, soldier with the 3rd Jagt Regiment, 413, killed on the day of the armistice November 11th, 1918 ! He was 15 when the war broke out. Regular headstone, as with almost all soldiers buried here.
PELS Victor, age 26, died of wounds received, April 14th, 1923 and interred in the cemetery among his brothers in arms. Only headstone with photo in this cemetery.
CASPAR Willi, age 25, assigned to the artillery, epitaph: Artillerie gebot heisst Sieg oder Tod. Artillery motto, victory or death, killed October 17th, 1914. Striking tombstone, with striking motto of arms.
BOSSHAMMER Thino, killed October 13th, 1918. Striking headstone for son and brother, with image of deceased soldier cast in bronze.
ROHLAND Willy and ROHLAND Fritz, brothers, both serving as Lieutenants. Willy, age 25, lieutenant in the Kaiser Friederich Regiment No. 114. Fritz, age 21, lieutenant in the Guards Pioneer Company No. 35.
