Memorial Windows Bristol Cathedral

Bristol Cathedral suffered bomb damage during the 'Bristol Blitz' and all of its stained glass windows on the north side were blown out in 1941.
Replacements include one to the Merchant Navy and one to 4 British Seafaring heroes, Blake, Raleigh, Drake and Nelson which also incorporates the First World War and the members of Bristol Division of the RNVR who were taken prisoner of war and died during the Great War.

A major design is the 'Home Front' windows which commemorates the auxiliary services in Bristol during the Second World War. These include the Nursing Services, The St. John Ambulance, the Fire Service, the British red Cross Society, Bristol Police, Wardens Service, Women's Voluntary Services and Home Guard.
