German Bunker Nunnery Heritage Site

The Nunnery Heritage Site is an originally Roman fortification that was constantly modified over the centuries. During the German occupation of the island between 1940 and 1945, the fort was used by the Germans and they built a shelter bunker in the fort, which was uncovered in excavations in 2021.
