Fortress Fürigen

Fortress Fürigen (Festung Fürigen) is still in its original state. Is was built in the Second World War and was operational until 1987.

The fortress was built inside the mountains and has a temperature of 10 – 12° troughout the whole year, so warm clothes are recommended.
