Memorial political prisoners at Bruyèrs cemetery

The Bruyeres cemetery contains a monument commemorating the deported and missing political prisoners from both World Wars who never returned from concentration camps or who are still missing ever since.

BRAUN Philomène, age 55, member of the Armée Secret, the secret army, missing since December 1st, 1945 at Ravensbrück (GER).

CLAES Joseph, died at Leipzig February 1943, no further details known.

LEBEAU Auguste, age 53, died at Blumenthal (GER) January 14th, 1945, missing since then.

PHILIPS Pierre, died at Saxenhausen (GER) in 1945, missing since then and no further details known.

VAILANGE Walthere, died at Gross Rosen(GER) December 7th, 1944, missing since then and no further data known.
