Memorial Fallen Second World War

This monument commemorates the soldiers of the 7 villages here who died for the liberation of Slovakia.
The monument was built in 1944 during the war. After the war, names were added. The 3 soldier statues show a soldier, an airman and a soldier-creator. Three large bronze plaques with the names of the fallen from seven villages in the Liptovský Hrádek area are mounted on the granite cone-shaped obelisk.
