German Memorial of the Westphalian Hunter Battalion No.7

German memorial of the Westphalian Hunter Battalion No. 7, inaugurated on 14 August 1907, exactly 37 years after the battle of Colombey in the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-1871.
After the end of the First World War at 1918, the statue disappeared.

The Westphalian Hunter Battalion lost 11 dead and 39 wounded soldiers, here on 14 August 1870, at the Battle of Colombey.
