German War Graves Second World War Westfriedhof
This cemetery is believed to contain 1,086 war dead (mostly soldiers) from World War II. Many of them died during bombing and fighting around Magdeburg in April 1945. Sick and wounded soldiers who died in Magdeburg's hospitals are also buried here.
