This is the other side of the acces that opens into the tank ditch and the access to the central part of the fort (photo 5).
The access to the fort itself was defended by the two adjacent blocks containing 2 machine guns in each block. These are not visible due to subsidence of the ground over the years and abundant vegetation. The entrance block itself also had a machine gun. Immediately after entering, there were 2 meeting rooms on the right side in case soldiers who had been outside had been exposed to chemical warfare.
