Memorial Killed Prisoners Vielsalm

This plaque hangs in the church of Vielsalm.
The preamble of the French text on the plaque reads:
Notre Dame
Protegez nos prisonniers.

The English translation:
Notre Dame
Protect our prisoners.

Below the text are many names of the dead prisoners from Vielsalm. There are no dates on this plaque, but when asked in the church, they said it where victims of World War II.
