War Memorial Hadleigh

This memorial commemorates the residents of Hadleigh who were killed or missing in World War I (111 names) and World War II (39 names). There is also 1 name from the Iraq War.

Many of these memorials were erected after the First World War. After the Second World War, the names of those who died in that war were also added to the memorial.

A memorial stone next to the war memorial commemorates Sharron Elliott who died while serving in Iraq, on 12-11-2006.
