War Memorial Montrose

This memorial commemorates the residents of Montrose who were killed or missing in World War I (325 names) and World War II (113 names). There is also 1 name from the conflict in Malaya and 1 from the conflict in Palestine.

Many of these memorials were erected after the First World War. After the Second World War, the names of those who died in that war were also added to the memorial.
