Dutch War Graves New Eastern Cemetery Amsterdam

New Eastern Cemetery in Amsterdam contains a collective grave with nine soldiers who died in May 1940 and some other Dutch War Graves.

Two Dutchmen are also buried at the graves of the Commonwealth:
Private CORNELIS MARINUS MEUR, 1-3 R.I., Died 19 May 1945
Agent AERNOUT BERGMAN, KL. Det. London, Died 23/24 March 1943

At other locations in the cemetery are several other Dutch war graves, including the grave of six resistance fighters who were shot by the Germans:

Cornelis Aarnouts (executed on Waalsdorpervlakte on 10 August 1943)
Hendrikus Godfroid (executed on Waalsdorpervlakte on 10 August 1943)
Jelle Posthuma (executed on Waalsdorpervlakte on 10 August 1943)
Cornelis Schuurman (executed on Waalsdorpervlakte on 10 August 1943)
Fransciscus Adolf Kolder (executed on the Waalsdorpervlakte on 2 October 1942)
Johan Hinrik Janzen (executed on the Waalsdorpervlakte on 2 October 1942)
