Liberation Memorial Głogów
In 1948, 931 Soviet soldiers and officers of the 3rd Guards Army were buried in this park. During the '50's, the bodies were exhumed and reburied on the war cemetery in Gorzow Wielkopolski. The 12 meters high memorial in memory of them is still standing in the park.
