M4A3 Sherman Tank Château de Clervaux

A Sherman tank placed in the garden in front of the castle. A remarkable item: the B.A.R. from private Reiben from the movie 'Saving Private Ryan'.

Combat vehicle of the Division
put out of action on December 17, 1944
while defending Clervaux
here at the gate to the castle

Anno 2022 the tank was moved for restoration and not at this location
