Dutch War Grave Murmansk

The cemetery of Murmansk contains one Dutch war grave of the Second World War. The text on the grave stone reads:

"KINGDOM OF THE NETHERLANDS

ON THIS CEMETERY IS
THE GRAVE OF
J. M. TERLAAK

DUTCH MERCHANT NAVY
* 21 - 09 - 1918
+20 - 06 - 1942"

One of the 21 Commonwealth war graves on the Murmansk cemetery is standing next to the grave of Terlaak.
